Trusted Installer

Sometimes when moving over .dll files from one computer to another for reasons such as a redistributable wont install they will lose the proper ownership of the file.

They need to be owned by "Trusted Installer"

To do this you need to go to the properties of the file

Then the security tab

Click advanced

Go to owner

Click "Other users or groups"

Type in "NT Service\TrustedInstaller
